The City of Seadrift will shut off all water on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to replace and relocate a valve due to construction on 9th Street. During this time, water lines will be flushed, and samples will be collected. A boil water notice will remain in effect until further notice.

The boil water notice will go into effect once water is turned back on.
