Please contact the on-call utility worker.
Emergencies require immediate action to protect public safety or prevent major service interruptions. Examples include water main breaks in the road, severe leaks causing excessive flooding, sewer blockages or backups, street buckles, and fallen trees in the road. Water turn-ons, reinstatements, sitting water in the meter box, and minor leaks are considered non-emergencies and will be addressed during normal business hours.
