Effective April 21, 2026, the burn ban has been lifted, and burn permit applications are now being accepted. You may submit applications in person at City Hall, 501 S. Main Street, or by email. All applications will be reviewed and verified by the Fire Chief before permits are issued. The Fire Chief will review and approve or deny applications within five business days of submission. Please submit requests well in advance of any planned burning activities.
