NOTICE: MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO OPERATE A GOLF CART
As stated in the City's Traffic and Vehicle Ordinance, Section 7. Exclusions and Limitations, Item 7. a vehicle may only be operated by persons with a valid driver's license issued by the State of Texas or any other state.
The City allows you to drive a Golf Cart on City Streets. City Inspection and Registration is required for a $40 fee.
(Golf Cart Registration Renewals are $40 per year)
